We are proud of Abhinav Bindra, But are ashamed of Chandigarh Administration, as it had announced only Rs 5 LAKH award for him. Bindra has made the whole Chandigarh city proud but Chandigarh Administration is not bothered. I call upon Chandigarh Administration to wake up and realise the importance of this historic event. INSO u have done a good job by celebrating this win.

qkyzyya time of celebrations.....but i don't 9 hw every time some one wins.....from where does this money comes out from...i think there is no need of money after one has achieved the aim...... the story in india is shame ful....the money which one medal is celbrated with if would have been given to players b4 they leave fr international events would have brought us more laurels.....but who can change it nobody.....it need a kind of political enlightenment on the part of our politicians. i think nw it is high time when we shoud start nurturing talent with all the resouces we have rather than doing nothing till the next time and then celbrated one or two more medals......the shame one feels is far more than the pride we feel on this trend of "har bar ek war" i.e. one shot each time.....
